Jessica Biel and Chris Evans Break Up
Jessica Biel and Chris Evans have called it quits after dating for more than two years, according to media reports in the US. Biel, who starred in Stealth and the US TV family drama 7th Heaven, also played Evans” girlfriend in two films, Cellular and London. Evans, who starred in Fantastic Four, is currently filming The Nanny Diaries with Scarlett Johansson.
A source tells the US edition of OK! magazine that Evans has recently been spotted out in New York City with brunette public relations executive Joyce Sevilla. Meanwhile 24-year-old Biel has been in Los Angeles filming Next with Nicolas Cage. Source: Superior

D Day is Approaching for Nick and Jessica
TMZ has obtained legal documents which make it all but certain that jessica simpson and Nick Lachey are both about to become legally single. The documents, which were signed by both Simpson and Lachey and filed in L.A. County Superior Court, ask that a retired judge be appointed specifically to enter a divorce decree. In legal terms, Simpson and Lachey are asking to “bifurcate” the divorce case, meaning the divorce can become final and the parties can then deal with the messy financial matters separately. The documents ask that retired Judge Dana Senit Henry be appointed “for the sole purpose of conducting the hearing, if any, with respect to the bifurcated issue of the termination of marital status.” To read more and view the court documents Click Here.

Spelling Family Responds to Tori
Just in today — on the heels of Tori Spelling”s recent comments to the press about her family feud, the Spelling family has released the following statement: “We are deeply saddened that, during our time of loss and grief, we are forced to respond to the media frenzy caused by the mean-spirited and surprising comments made by Tori to the press, just two days after the passing of [AARON SPELLING]. As we try to honor his memory with love and respect, the sudden media frenzy she has created at this sensitive time is hurtful and very disturbing. Aaron”s legacy deserved pure and unadulterated tribute and recognition which, sadly, has been tainted. “Everyone deals with grief in a different way, and since Tori chose not to be here at that time, we believe she is having a harder time dealing with that loss. We understand how difficult it might have been for her to be here, and, perhaps, more difficult for her after she arrived. Denise Richards is selling the Westlake Village home she bought last year following her separation from Charlie Sheen, PEOPLE reports in it upcoming issue. The 7,400-sq.-ft., six-bedroom house that Richards, 35, is leaving also happens to be a just stone”s throw from the home of her rival, Heather Locklear. Richards is dating Locklear”s ex, Richie Sambora. The couple were first spotted together in April, kissing and holding hands at Westlake Village”s Le Café. Richards (who is seeking part of Sheen”s Screen Actors Guild pension, full custody of their daughters Sam, 2, and Lola, 1, and more than $100,000 a month in child support) has already bought a home in a more “kid-friendly” neighborhood near Los Angeles, says a source. As for her relationship with Locklear, Richards recently told Entertainment Tonight that they were never “best friends,” as had been reported. “People have gone on – “Would you date your best friend(”s husband)?” ” she said. “You know, she wasn”t my best friend. She was a close friend in the last couple of years.”

Real World/Road Rules Fresh Meat! What the heck is wrong with Wes? Good question. After seeing last week”s ep, I”m unhappy to report that Johanna and Wes are still together and going strong. However, I do have some big breakup news for you: The gossip train tells me Melinda has dumped Danny! I don”t know if it”s a temporary thing, but a reliable source says, as of now, they”re no longer engaged. What”s Laguna Taylor up to besides getting free clothes? She”s home from school for the summer. She and Morgan are pretty much the only two Laguna kids who actually went to college and are still enrolled. She”s at the University of Arizona and says she loves it. She”s pledging Kappa Alpha Theta. More Laguna gossip? Remember L.C.”s best friend Lo from season one? The two don”t speak anymore. Something went down. Also, Stephen”s off shooting a movie right now. Jessica”s still living at home, not going to school, but is doing a lot of appearances and making a lot of cash from it. Plus, I got some good scoop on the new season of Laguna, which they”re currently filming. I”ll fill you in very soon. Stay tuned, because it sounds addictive. Also, Taylor and Morgan love watching The Hills together. Simpson is reportedly getting hot and heavy with comedian Dane Cook, her co-star in their forthcoming flick “Employee of the Month,” according to Life & Style Weekly. “Sparks flew” during the filming of the movie over the winter but Cook was still with his longtime girlfriend Racquel Houghton. Last week, Cook and Simpson “couldn’t hide their feelings” for each other at the Hollywood hotspot Hyde, according to the magazine, even though the two maintain that they’re “just friends.” “They looked like two people trying not to look like a couple but who really wanted to rip each other’s clothes off,” a “witness” told L&S, which also reports that at 2 a.m. the two planned a rendezvous at a gas station. Ashlee Simpson had a hit with the track, “Pieces of Me.” According to In Touch Weekly, the singer considered making a different sort of impact by sharing all of her pieces in Playboy.
Ashlee received an offer of $4 million to pose nude in the men’s magazine. Playboy came to Ashlee after she got a much-discussed plastic surgery-enhanced new look, which includes a nose job and lip enlargement. A source for In Touch said, “Ashlee figures she”s never looked better, so this may be the perfect time to [pose for Playboy]. She feels confident and sexy and thinks this is one way for her to separate her image from Jessica”s.”
In Touch claims that Ashley’s boyfriend and bandmate, Braxton Olita encouraged her to go ahead with the photoshoot. Perhaps he’s eager to show the world how lucky he is.
Unfortunately, TMZ is reporting that the younger Simpson sister has turned down the Playboy offer. Maybe she’s just waiting until she gets a boob job.
